What I'm doing with drop shipping

Hi everybody, my name is Miranda Gutierrez. I'm 16 years old and I have been currently researching everything that I can about drop shipping and sharing what I've been learning to you guys. Um, I just want to answer a few questions because I've been getting a lot of questions on what is basically like, what is drop shipping, what am I doing with drop shipping, and like how does it even work? I know in my other videos I have been talking about what I'm doing and like how I'm starting it, but I never really explained like what is drop shipping and how I'm making it work on just like a very like very like surface level, literally like A, B, C type of thing, so anybody can understand this. I'm not going to use any fancy terms, I'm just going to give you this little diagram about what's happening and hopefully it'll still work. Okay, this kind of looks confusing, but let's just break this down. This right here is me, my website. So this is my website where everybody will click to, okay? Let's say I'm selling this little dot, okay? So, I went through Shopify. So I bought an account on Shopify and I linked it to AutoDS. So these guys are linked. What is AutoDS and what is Shopify? Shopify helps you create your website. So you basically buy this and it will create a website for you that you can tweak and modify. I linked it to AutoDS, which is a fulfillment company. So, what does that mean? What is a fulfillment company? Basically, let's say this is AliExpress, that's Alibaba, that's Amazon, and that's AutoDS's own little warehouse. Each one of these can be selling this little black dot that I'm selling as well, okay? That means I can pick from each and every one of these because AutoDS can connect with any of these. All right, so let's say I want to go through Alibaba. Basically, what will happen is that the purchase will go through here. So somebody will be like, oh, purchase this. It will go through my Shopify, then to my AutoDS because it's linked. AutoDS will then buy it from Alibaba and will also ship it out to whoever bought it. So the fulfillment basically like it fulfills the order for you so you don't have to do anything. That's the beauty about having no inventory at all. AutoDS also has its own area that you can buy its from, its own little shop that it will also send it out to. A question that I got was, how are they supposed to buy it from there and then ship it out? Like will it show that it's from Alibaba? Because I know that's bad. No, so AutoDS will automatically say it's from whichever shop that you're selling it off, like your website. Now, you also can add additional packaging to where AutoDS will put like your logo on it or put stickers or put a thank you note. Like it will create it to where there is no evidence at all that it came from any of these shops. Um, so I will be selling everything off of Shopify and my own website. Now, I will be promoting through Google Ads. So I'm not like, I'm not selling through Google Ads, I'm promoting through Google Ads. Buying a Google ad for your website or for your product. Basically, if this is a search bar and like you're searching up whatever it is, like hand warmers, okay? It will put yours right front in the center. Or, when people like are going to like their browser, it might not put it in like the area where you can buy, it can put it in the bottom where it will have the link of yours, which you could customize and say like, new product, blah blah blah blah. You can't really say like best in the market because that's like can be false information. So you can't really say that, but that's what Google Ads does.
