💎1. Get a job Exchanging time for money isn’t my favorite way to earn money. I’ve been self employed since the age of 18. 💎2. Go to college Going to college to learn washed out information just to go apply to work for someone is a waste of time. I never went to college and by the time my peers were graduating my company was already worth 7 figures. It’s only necessary to be a doctor, lawyer etc 💎3. Be debt free America its self runs on debt. Debt is a tool. I’m big on using Other peoples money to grow. And leveraging debt is a great way to make your money stretch. Your college won’t go out of business because you owe student loans. Just stay in good standing. 💎4. Buy a house In the black community we typically over extend ourselves and finances just to have “ownership” often times leaving us in over our heads with the upkeep and even furnishings the home. Costing too much money with nothing to show for it. And even renting it out is not enough cash flow. (Unless dream home) 💎5. Be a service provider If you don’t structure your business properly you’ll become a glorified employee. The goal is to have your time back not work overtime. 💎6. Ask a man for money Yall might get mad. But I’m not with the city girls culture. It’s actually modern day pr🌟stitution. Engage in activities because you want to and not because you need a bag, your rent paid, and steak. Covering your own necessities should be the minimum standard. 💎7. Starting a business out of pocket. The more gas you put in your car the further it drives. The more money you put into your business the further it grows. Borrow money to buy assets to build wealth!
