I used to think that the money in real estate was just about selling houses. Don't get me wrong, it is, but that's not the whole game. Here's what nobody explains. When you're in an industry that already has money flowing, you don't build wealth by hopping industries. You build it by stacking rows inside the same one. People here multiple streams of income and think, 'Oh, let me go be a hairstylist. Let me go and do taxes. Oh, I'm gonna go work a 9-to-5 job. Or I'm gonna go open up my kitty spa.' And what else it may look like. Or I might go open up my day care. And I'm here to tell you that that is not multiple streams of income. That is confused income. Because multiple streams of income are connected. They talk to each other, they feed each other. If you're a realtor, you can be an investor. If you're an investor, you can understand lending. If you understand lending, you understand timing, leverage, and structure. That's how money circulates every month without you starting over. Because let me be honest, grinding as a realtor is not for the week. You're not building your pipeline non-stop. You don't have no days off, no matter how much you want to take a break. Because if you're not grinding, you don't have a pipeline. And if you don't have a pipeline, you don't have a paycheck. I'm not saying this as an entrepreneur who has made $7,000 a day, $8,000 a day, $100k in a month. I'm not making this up and I'm not hating on anybody. I'm just telling you from somebody who actually lived in that. You know what I'm saying? Real money is not about catching one deal. It's about positioning yourself so that your money is making money no matter what. That's why I decided to become a lender. That's why I decided to enroll in lending classes. I refuse to be in the money industry and only understand one way to get paid. It doesn't work for me. Now, that doesn't mean I'm gonna stop being a realtor. I'm always gonna be a realtor. I'm just adding to the career that I believe I'm gonna succeed at. Now that I understand how this works, I want to stop chasing checks and start building circulation. The goal is to position myself to be on every deal. I can be on. As long as it's disclosed, you can be the lender for your client and be the realtor for your client. Doesn't that make a lot more sense on my trip?
