Hot take: if you use an app every day, you’re probably sleeping on a business idea. I found two focus timers 
- one (pomofocus) is ugly but pulls 7–8M visits/month
- the other (studywithme.io) is pretty and does… nothing (pulls 1M visits/month) traffic = money. So I’m cloning what works instead of “founding a startup.”
 I spec everything in ChatGPT, break it into tiny microprompts, and build feature by feature in Bolt. Comment chat if you want the exact convo.
