watch me build my first house where it all started, attended the foundation pour at 6am. in just a couple of weeks we had a frame! walls are up! then cabinets and stair railing backsplash and plumbing floors! (with the wrong grout lol, they eventually fixed it) and countertops of course this was the day they bulldozed the entire backyard to start on the landscaping last phase was adding in all the builder-grade fixtures and appliances CLOSING DAY!!! now onto the design transformation phase, upgrading all the builder-grade stuff starting with swapping out the standard blinds made some roman shades instead immediately so much better blinds in the dining area had to go as well gorgeouusss now to upgrade our living room rug and start adding in some color i could cry, it's perfect immediately turned my attention to this wall which needed lots of love. learned how to use a few power tools and diy'd some wainscoting
