Help

✨Help✨ So refund requests seem to be coming in thick and fast because people are not reading the turnaround times or checking estimated delivery dates. I'm working my backside off 6 days a week to try and get orders out as quick as I can. I'm exhausted, I'm drained and I need advice on what my fellow small businesses do when customers are not checking the delivery times. I'm a one woman band, I'm not Amazon prime. Placing orders on a Monday and automatically assuming I can get them to you for Saturday and then cancelling...it's hard and disheartening. sorry for my long post, I just need some help. #etsy #SmallBusiness
