It's shocking to me how many people don't realize how good AI is at helping you with interior design or backyard design. For example, I took this picture and turned it into this picture. With just a couple words. And as you can see, it's the same house, same house, dressed a better backyard. So this is great for creating inspirational photos of any interior design project or exterior design project you have. This morning my friend reached out asking how would I use AI to help me see what my backyard would look like as inspiration, a little bit different. So I told her you can do this with free tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. All you have to do is upload your photo, say this is a picture of my backyard. I'd love for it to have, like, a little fish pond and a little garden box area somewhere, but I can't decide where to put it. Could you edit the image to give me some inspiration of how I can transform my backyard? And then say edit the image to give me some inspiration of how I can transform my backyard. And then it made something much nicer. That was Google Gemini. This is ChatGPT. And by the way, my other tip for you is you don't just have to prompt with your words. You can actually attach another image as context. So tap the image of your house or your yard and then attach the image of another house or another yard or a thing you want to add to the yard and adjust your prompt accordingly. Say like, take the thing from the second image and put it in the first image somewhere in the back. It doesn't have to be complex.
