They are counting on you to do this so they win 😈↓ 🫥 Not show up 🤷‍♀️ Come to court unprepared A No-Call/No-Show to court gets a quick Default Judgement But showing up unprepared, AKA: ❌ No Answer filed ❌ No documents reviewed ❌ No idea who actually owns the debt ❌ No questions about the balance ❌ No challenge to missing records If you are wanting to beat a debt collector you need to do what that know most won't do: Force them to prove: ✅ They legally own the debt ✅ The balance is accurate ✅ The account is inside the statute of limitations ✅ They have the records needed to support their claim Consumers who understands: 👨‍⚖️ Court deadlines 👨‍⚖️ Responds correctly 👨‍⚖️ Files motions in advance can create real problems for a debt collector trying to move fast.
