I built my own CRM

I used to pay $100+/month for my CRM. It was messy, too overwhelming for a small business. So I built my own with Claude Cowork in one day. Finds leads → enriches them → writes personalised emails → reminds me to follow up. I used to pay three different applications for what I actually needed. I just needed a simple system that tracks all my leads and sends me reminders of when I need to reach out to them again. So I built my own. Everything's in one dashboard that just tracks everything in one place. My favourite part is the search. So you can type find me owners or marketing directors for DTC brands. And it will find me the leads because it's connected to Apollo. And then I can add them to the CRM, enrich them with the email address and find news about the company. And when I hit create draft, it will create me a highly personalized email for them to send out to the brand. I also sends me follow-up reminders of when I need to reach out to someone again because I feel like a lot of leads get just lost. I used to take three different applications for me. All just in one dashboard. My entire outreach is so much more efficient.
