Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I built an AI video editor that turns all my messy footage into a tight edit, like the one you're watching right now. If you know, you know, editing is one of those things when you create content that takes the longest. So I created my own AI video agent that runs in Claude Cowork. I connected it to Eleven Labs Scribe because their speech-to-text works really well. And it transcribes everything I'm saying. Then Claude made the script and proposes me an outline of where to cut. It shows me every um, every pause, and every flop. I've taught it what else to cut and kind of get my editing style. And it gets better every time I use it. This all works because I downloaded a tool called FFmpeg. It's open source, it's free, and it's what actually lets the AI do the cuts for you. The outcome is a pretty tight cut. The overlays I added myself in CapCut first. Rough cut is the most annoying part in editing and this saves so much time.
