my morning used to start with 8 apps. now it's one custom website. slack. email. calendar. our team's dashboards. my rental portfolio. asana. plus a couple more. all of it just to answer one question. what actually needs my attention today. so i had claude build me a command center. a website dashboard with everything i care about. here's how: - designed the home base around the outcome first, not just the inputs. what decisions am i trying to make every morning? what do i need to learn from that information? for example, i want to be prepped for meetings, not just know they exist. - customized the look and feel. chart types, colors, buttons. so it feels like mine and adapts to my needs. - set a daily recurring task so claude pulls fresh data each day. set it to a time when your computer is open. now i open one link with my coffee. my day is prepped and prioritized. what are the apps YOU check before coffee? count them and tell me. #claude #claudeai #techexec #workingmom #productivity
