Supergirl is about to get torched at the box office

Supergirl is about to get torched at the box office. It'll be very interesting to see how Supergirl performs at the box office because I would say that they're doing a little bit more marketing than what I saw for Masters of the Universe, but I know that they don't expect Supergirl to do anywhere near what Superman did. In my opinion, I'm not seeing a whole lot of crazy marketing. I'm not sure if they think that the movie is going to perform well just off the strength of it being Supergirl, but I just didn't see the type of marketing that I would have thought that I would have seen for, you know, a movie, I don't want to say of this magnitude, but a movie that's in proximity to a movie of such magnitude like Superman. Obviously, Supergirl is Superman's cousin. We know the film is going to have Lobos and some other things. I'm not sure if they think that's just enough for the movie to be a success, but it's looking like the budget was about 175 million and they're expected to bring in about 50 plus million on opening weekend. That's still going to be a tough hill to climb because it's going to be a few more movies still at the theaters by the time that comes out. You still got Toy Story 5, you still got Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey.
