POV: How bad did yall get scammed?

If you guys get finesse by Greg and Danielle Parker, how are you guys doing mentally and financially? Because I know he told y'all asses off. I remember when him and his wife came to Chicago. They had one of their little big business conventions. Me and my friend, we ended up getting to go for free. And within the first 10 minutes, we looked at each other because we in a real estate game. So we already know. So we trying to see what is Greg teaching, finna teach people that nobody else knows. He literally charged y'all hundreds of dollars to learn the burn method. If you don't know what burn is, buy, rent and repeat. I'm like, we might as well get up and get the fuck out. She like, no, let's just see what he gonna do. Then after he got done blowing smoke up everybody's ass. He had a bunch of panelists come. One person was an expert at teaching you how to start a tour business. Another person was an expert for business credit, somebody else for personal credit. Like, what the fuck do you need Greg and Danielle and everybody else that was in that circus to teach you? If you got $20,000 in liquid cash and you have excellent credit. I had decent credit. Didn't have $20,000 in cash. Got my property for a steal. And Bank of America, a big bank. They paid for my closing costs and my down payment. So, like, I left the closing table dropping 60 grand on my property. So, if you got finesse by Greg and Danielle and Dana and everybody else that was a part of their circus, check in. I don't trust nobody that walks like a penguin.
