do not ignore this. This is high amplitude and intensity flowing through. This is the last nine hours. It's around 9:30 a.m. Pacific time. It started around 9:00 p.m. last night. Where were you? How did you feel? Now, we have gone through several days of purge energy, old stuff getting kicked up and us having to process it all, right? We we've been going through a lot of that. So today it's about clearing out of all that and saying, "Aha, having the awareness. Write it down if you need to. So today we are recalibrating this energy. We're still in the thick of it. We're still allowing it. Because this feels like clarity. This feels beautiful. This feels like you can sit down and meditate and get all your downloads. Everything feels a bit easy. Now, for some of you we're still in that purge phase. It's okay because we remember, not everybody's going to go through this exactly the same. ascension symptoms, very similar we've been talking about a lot of upper chakra, crown headaches, throat, third eye, um a lot of flu like symptoms, right? A lot of you have been talking about how we've had some sore throat, etc, etc. But also peaking around 5:30 this morning, that lower chakra energy, that lower chakra clearing, lower back pain.
