Let's try some

Let's try some of my favourite Swedish candy. Bubs are one of my favourite sweets. Whenever I see them as an option in a pick and mix, I always get them and they like miniature bags which are just the exact same sweets but smaller. But apparently they're really good because Bubs are you kinda bite a lot of them have like two flavours on them, whereas these because you can eat them all in one, you get both flavours. So you're not having to bite one end or whatever. So I'm excited to give these the strawberry and vanilla flavour. Big one. It's like cut in half. So I think the top half is vanilla and the bottom half is strawberry or maybe the other way around, but this one's all mixed together. I mean strawberry sweets are just so good. And even though these are so much smaller, a good level. I was worried that surface area wasn't as big, it just wouldn't be as sour cause it's like that sugary sour coating on it. But these are good. I think I'm gonna give these a I don't know. They are really good. But I feel like there might be ones that I like better. So I'm gonna give them an 8.5 out of ten. Let's stick with sour and do the fruity lemon flavour mix next. So these ones are all half another flavour. I can't remember what the green one is. I think the red one is a raspberry lemonade one. So the pink side is raspberry and the yellow side is lemon. And then there's also one that's half orange. I cannot remember what it is. I feel like these ones aren't seen as often in the UK. You see the red and yellow one a lot, but the green one not as much. Let's go with what we know first, the red and yellow. Mmm. Sour. That is the raspberry lemonade one. And as a big one, it's really good cause it's really sour. That one is still really sour. I like that a lot. Let's do the green one next. I think it's lime which makes sense. I think I might have had that before, but definitely not. I think I like the raspberry one better. I don't dislike that at all. I'm gonna guess this orange one is orange, but maybe I don't really know. It kind of all mushes into one flavour, which makes me think orange, like citrusiness altogether. I love these because they're super when you really have that sweet craving, these are really good. I don't think the flavours are like flavours I would always wanna go for, but the sourness. So I think I'll give them a 7.8 out of ten. The last sour one I got is the sour raspberry skulls. Since the lemon and raspberry ones were so good, I have high hopes for these. They're a lot chewier than all the other ones. Also not as sour as the lemon sour, which I guess the lemon just makes everything more sour. Similar level of sourness to the first ones, the strawberry and vanilla. But just way chewier, like a way firmer texture. They're quite thick for how big they are. Firmer, a lot chewier. I think these are maybe my least favourite, but being that sour and that I don't love the texture as much. I think I'll give these a 7.5. Sweet, we've got some banana toffee ones. These are one of my favourite ones. They taste like banoffee pie. Oh my god. They're so good. I think you can taste the toffee way more in the ones versus the big ones. I think the banana is like the dominating flavour in the big one. To be honest, I can't always forget there's toffee in these, but these are way more toffee. I think I prefer these to those. Those are so good. I'm giving them a clean 9. They are amazing. Lastly, we have salty raspberry and liquorice. And these are my favourite, favourite, favourite Bubs ever. Big ones. These are so good. They're my favourite sweet ever. I adore these. I will always get these. So I'm really hoping they're as big ones. They have an intense smell of liquorice when you open them and it's quite heavily black versus red. So I wonder if they're more of a liquorice flavour. These yeah, way more liquorice. It tastes just like a slightly fruity liquorice versus fruity liquorice versus having half raspberry, half liquorice. I do love liquorice. Really, really like. I definitely could see myself being in the mood for these. But I do think I prefer these to the big ones. So while I would give the big ones a 10 out of 10, I think these are not as good miniature. Banana toffee ones. I think these ones are better. I feel like when one flavour takes over even more, and in this one having the toffee be more intense is really really good. But I just wish more raspberry. Taste amazing. I love Swedish candy and these are way more convenient to buy in store and pick and mix. So I will definitely be purchasing these.
