The Al Pastor was outstanding, but it had a flavor profile I honestly haven’t experienced before. Different in the best way possible. The setup is unconventional—tucked into the parking lot of an auto shop with charcoal grills going in the back—but once you take a bite, none of that matters. Support Local.
