For Communication I use them for: ✓ Quick client questions ✓ Team collaboration ✓ Real-time updates Sometimes a single transaction can't be categorized until I get clarification from the client. PDF Bank and Credit Card Statements Bank feeds aren't always perfect. Transactions can be: ❌ Missing ❌ Duplicated ❌ Uncategorized I use them for: ✓ Reconciliation ✓ Verification ✓ Error detection ✓ Finding missing transactions The bank statement is often the source of truth. ChatGPT Bookkeepers constantly encounter unfamiliar situations. New industries. Complex transactions. Technical questions. Why I Use It: ✓ Research support ✓ Brainstorming ✓ Drafting emails ✓ Creating SOPs ✓ Content creation It doesn't replace bookkeeping knowledge. But it helps me work smarter and faster.
