If you're trying to romanticize a DC summer day in my life, you're going to want to steal this itinerary. We started the afternoon at Eastern Market because wandering around and window shopping is one of my favorite weekend activities. We had to pick up some snacks for our next stop, so we swung by McDonald's. We're heading to Gravely Point. We spread everything out picnic style and watch the planes fly over until sunset.
