So many gov’t bloggers lie using AI generated images and video, here’s how to easily detect them. Again, you can see it finds that this image is AI generated. So, here's a fact. Six out of ten of the content you have seen before this one is either AI generated or AI assisted. And unfortunately, a lot of this content is being used by government bloggers to lie to you about so many issues. But I want to show you a method you can be using to detect these AI generated content. Let's use Dennis Itumbi's Twitter account as an example because he's a very good example. This is a post he reposted of Kenyans who have tattooed Ruto's face on their bodies. So, what I will do is I will reply and tag real or not KE and then I will ask is this real? And after a few seconds, you can see we get this reply that it is AI generated and a percentage of how confident the AI is in this detection. So, let's try another one. This is a more recent picture posted by Itumbi again of the president posing with other G7 leaders. So, we go ahead and tag our AI detector page at real or not KE and ask is this real? And in the background, what happens is the images are downloaded and then they are ran through this AI detector platform that I built. And again, you can see it finds that this image is AI generated. But even without our AI detector tool, if you look closely, you can see it has some presidents captured twice and there are also retired presidents in the picture. In the back end, how our systems signed this AI generated content is pretty straightforward. What happens first is the image is decoded here and then it is uploaded to our database and then it is sent to an AI detector tool that is called Sight Engine here via API. Then Sight Engine does the AI detection and then it responds back with whether it is AI or not. Then this is what we send back to the user.
