West Elm Planter Dupe

this planter had me so upset because why was it $75 and I thought it would be way larger. so before I return it, let's dupe it. I went to the hardware store and found a lampshade that was the perfect shape and then I found a cork. I had to trim it down just a little bit and then I drilled a hole right in the middle to hold a wick. this creates a self watering system. I used a glass bowl for the bottom reservoir. I spent about half the price for a planter twice the size. let me know what you think?? 🪴 Cissus discolor - don’t let this plant dry out, a self watering pot is best. It’s so pretty 🤭
