Why do your outfits still look off even after buying new clothes? Welcome to Fit Glow Up, a series where we fix one outfit at a time so we can all level up together. And this is part nine. The problem isn't your closet, it's how you're using inspiration. Instead of trying to copy an entire outfit, try taking just one piece. Maybe it's the color palette, the silhouette, or the layering. Start learning why the outfit works instead of trying to copy every piece. That's why you don't have swag. Try building around one statement piece. Pick one item, whether it's your jorts, shoes, or a graphic tee. Then keep everything else simple. This will help you build intentional outfits without anything looking forced. And if you find a piece you like but don't know where to buy it, just reverse search it. You can use an app like Sellraze to scan an item and it'll find similar items for you and you can use that to compare prices and pick which one you like. Lastly, stop thinking you need new clothes every week. Because you don't. The people with the best style wear the same pieces over and over. They just know how to style them differently each time. And it's as simple as that. Save this if you're serious about leveling up your style and follow for part 10 of Fit Glow Up. As always, stay blessed.
