Now, the member experience specialist service is the main point of contact for the members throughout each point in their recovery journey journey. Um, they are compassionate, accurate in data oriented. Now, in this role, you have to go above and beyond to provide world class member experience to individuals interested in signing up for work at health program and throughout members's journeys at work at health. You have to respond promptly and professionally to customer increase via phone, email or chat. So this is phone, email and chat. You have to resolve basic member issues and escalate more complex concerns to higher level support staff as needed. You have to help to facilitate each member's journey and accurately and efficiently communicate with members through a variety of channels as they navigate the program. Um, qualifications have a high school diploma have experience in a customer service role, be familiar with remote work and the ability to work. Um uh yeah, just be a be available to work in a high-paced environment that's highly preferred. Um, be proficient in written and verbal communication, which is chat, email and phone calls, be able to build a report and trust with patience and team members and you earn $22.50 per hour.
