Okay, this is for the girls who ain't 2026 and they are not playing with they money and no more. And they really trying to get to that bag. And y'all want to put in the try. A lot of these companies will pay for y'all housing and give y'all per diem. Y'all just got to be willing to move. So, in order to get in the game, all you have to do is number one, go on indeed. You're gonna type in safety, locally located or helper. Type in one of the three positions. Look at the qualifications that each company has because each company is different. Apply to the ones that really don't need nothing. Apply. Then you're gonna call up there and tell them that you just apply. Okay? That's one way. The next way is to actually go to these job fairs. They host like two job fairs a week in West Texas. So I'm pretty sure just look up job fairs in oilfield, and I'm pretty sure you'll find something.
