I had to speak at Harvard about sexuality. And originally I was supposed to speak to the Christian group, so it was about to be, I don't know, 25 people—you know, a little minority on the campus. And then the campus found out that I was coming to speak about sexuality. So it became a thing where it was like being protested. And so they opened it up to the campus. I think I went from 20 people to like 200 to 300 people. When I got there, they had given the first six rows of the auditorium to the protesters as an act of, like, generosity and love and hospitality. And it was deep because it was like I got to preach to the people that hate everything that I'm saying. But there was this kind of contentment I can't even explain it to you like I wasn't— It wasn't that I wasn't afraid, per se. I knew that what I had to say was true. Do you know what I'm saying? Like I knew that it was true. And so it was the conviction that this is actually set me free. And so I'm willing to deal with whatever it means or endure whatever it takes for you to hear what I have to say, because it ain't even what I have to say— It's what the Lord has to say. And so I think when it comes to fear, I think courage comes—like, courage comes from faith. It's not a feeling. Like, I think if you're waiting to be bold, you won't be.
