Here is how I secured $50,000 for my homestead. Save this video, come back to it later because I'm going to give you the incredibly easy steps to getting a free $50,000 for your homestead. I'm not gonna lie, this process is actually really simple. First things first, you're gonna want to start an LLC. Now, you don't actually have to run your homestead as an LLC. However, from a financial standpoint, it will make the most sense. Starting an LLC will cost about $100, take about 15 minutes. And then once you do that, you're gonna get an EIN, which is like a social security number for your business. Next, you're gonna want to reach out to your FSA agent and ask them for your farm record number application. In my area, my farm service agent has been amazing. They have been so helpful. You're gonna email them and say, I want the application for my farm record number. Now, once you have your farm record number, which is a quick application, really it is. You will have a site visit, they'll come out and you have to show your intention of growing. So for me, that was easy because we do actually grow. Um, but you have to have an area where maybe you've tilled or fenced off to grow. Once you get your farm record number, you can now move to the next step, which is to allocate the funds. And we will get to expand gosh, close to $50,000 worth of greenhouses and irrigation on our homestead. Hope this helps. So now that we have filed our LLC for our homestead and then we've gotten our farm record number from our FSA agent and we've had our site visit to show the areas where we intend to grow. We will now move to the next step, which is to be allocated the funds. And we will get to expand gosh, close to $50,000 worth of greenhouses and irrigation on our homestead. Hope this helps.
