Okay, hey y'all, so I made a video like yesterday saying that I Depop dropship and I got like a lot of DMs asking me to explain this, so I'm just gonna make a video just to, you know. Although I do have a guide like a 22-page guide out for $30 with supplier list, I'm still gonna answer questions. I'm not that type of person that's like, oh, just buy my guide because if I'm being honest, the guide is only there for people who don't want to do basic research. Like this literally applies to anything in life. Like people, people that sell courses, people that sell guides, people that sell like, have a lot of scams, half of them are helping you, but those who are helping you, they're just giving you information that you could find online, that you could do on your own. But a lot of people don't want to go through that route. Like I got scammed and like, having to find a reliable supplier like obviously takes trial and error. Like nobody wants to go through that. So I get why people buy guides, but I'm not gonna sit here and try to sell you this like, oh, you have to buy my guide in order to understand it. No, obviously I didn't have a guide when I started. So, but it's more like why not buy it and avoid why I went through, but obviously like I'm not forcing you to buy it. I'm always down to answer questions. Anyway, so people are asking how to get started. First off, you need a Depop account, obviously. But not just Depop account, you also need to sell things on there already. Like you need to be an active seller on there. I'm pretty sure you need at least one sale. I'm not sure. I was already selling on Depop before I started, so I'm not sure how many sales. But try to sell anything on your own house if you haven't already. Put it for like $1. Nobody really cares. It has to be something that you don't care about, okay? Because it doesn't matter, you're gonna make the money back like next week. So once that happens, then you change your shipping into other. When she changes your shipping into other, this gives you the option to add your own shipping and basically dropship. Now, dropshipping isn't allowed on Depop, but who really cares? Like, they don't want to be a dropshipping place, but they literally make it so easy to dropship under. So I don't know, who cares? Anyway, so you find a supplier, probably through Reddit, probably it's easier that way. You guys find a supplier that matches your niche or whatever. Uh, it's so easy to find suppliers. I don't know why people be begging for suppliers or like begging for like, do this. Like, I'm saying, people don't want to do basic like searches or whatever. Again, you could pay for suppliers, I guess. But like, a lot of people that are selling you suppliers are not selling their own personal suppliers. They're just selling you a bunch of suppliers that you could have found on Alibaba. And again, Alibaba is like, you know, it's like, okay, anyway, moving on. So you find a supplier, probably through Reddit, probably it's easier that way. You guys find a supplier that matches your niche or whatever. From there on, you just dropship. Like, I don't know. You basically tell them to send you pictures of the product that you want to sell. You use those pictures, you act like it's yours, you post it on Depop. People are messaging you about it. And then once you get a sale, you basically just send the information straight to your supplier. Depop literally gives you the information. Like, it's the name is there, the address is there, you just send it to your supplier. So you supplier is the one handling it and they're doing all that. You just send the money to your supplier and then you keep the profit from where you listed it. You get it. But the problem is everybody wants to dropship like the same thing. Like the same clothes, like Alo, you're not making money from Alo, you're not making money from Lululemon, whatever. Like those, what are they selling? Like, I don't know. Like all them scoop sets, whatever y'all be selling. That's not really where the money's at. You might get a sale here and there, but you have to be low ball like crazy in order to make money. Like get very niche with it. Like no one cares for Alo, you know? If you're gonna do Alo and all that bougie stuff, go on Facebook Marketplace. Like, literally, they're gonna grow it up and you're just gonna be selling. Like, that's not really where the money's at.
