This spot is serving up some of the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. 1217 W Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA 91786. Swirls Soft Serve, located in the city of Upland. Always busy. And I can see why. Got their Mexicali, which is a mango soft serve. A medium look. Look how huge it is. They load that drizzle, Tajin and a tamarindo stick. Was fire. This is perfect for a hot day. They have so many options to choose from and you can build your own. I also love how they layer each cup with soft serve more toppings. Soft serve on and then they load that up with even more. They going crazy. This is the Cherry Bomb. It has vanilla, strawberry drizzle, almonds and cherries and on another level. My favorite thing here was the Broadway. Strawberry soft serve, loaded up with Fruity Pebbles and cereal marshmallows. And this thing is beautiful. The kids will love this. Took me back to my childhood. I love me some cereal, Fruity Pebbles add the perfect crunch and the marshmallows are like the cherry on top. You can never go wrong getting a simple ice cream cone.
