The embers drifting up are a particle system with additive blending, overlapping sparks add up brighter so they glow like real cinders. The liquid pour and dissolve underneath is a custom fragment shader driven by noise and time, that hand written shader work is what separates an award site from a template. One single gold accent on near black is the whole palette, that restraint is what makes it feel like a luxury fund.
