maybe i should try self tanning but i need vit d. i made it an hour while also taking breaks in the shade and having ice cream and a cooling towel. i do so much better mentally with a tan and time in the sun. and yes i wore 50spf sunscreen! having POTS makes me soo heat sensitive even w meds and proper hydration. my biggest tip is a fan with a sprayer and taking breaks and drinking/eating cold stuff. #pots #chronicillness #heds #tanning #heatwave
