you obviously still don't have lights or anything hooked up yet. This is the Franklin Maggie that we got to fully customize. Franklin is the number one manufacturer with the most customization options and that's why we went through them. What I'm going to show you the prices depend on your location by state and by code for your area. I'm going to first off in the kitchen because we did do a lot of upgrades. The range hood is $1,495. There's several different options on the Franklin website to choose from with the pot filler. I think we're going to swap this out for that, but all the appliances came with the home. We were going to do an electric stove and then have the cabinets right here. That would have been an extra $2750. But we've heard really bad things about that. So we're going to do a built-in oven. We just decided not to. We did 42 inch cabinets all the gold finishes were an upgrade but they didn't cost anything. I'm going to show you a pull out trash can. It's not like a metal one and it came with the trash cans. So we have cabinets right next to the stove that are perfect for putting pots in. I've never had an island before in my life. I understand with all gold hardware and quartz countertops throughout the entire house. Like look how beautiful this quartz kind of top is. The price for the quartz countertops was probably one of our biggest expenses and thankfully I got a brand deal to pay that off completely. Otherwise I would have been fine with Formica, but I wanted something that was going to last and look beautiful. So I did get a new refrigerator probably a year ago. So we're just going to swap that out with this one. Franklin has it on their website to upgrade to. This is the board and batten on the island. It's not the color that I wanted. I wanted like the obvious white or beige and that would just need to be repainted. But it's still pretty and it wasn't an upgrade. It was going to match the fireplace. The other upgrade we did in the kitchen is the pantry. That was $150. What would have been like two feet in. Originally, but we did all the way through to our master closet. The master closet was like 7 foot long. That's why we extended it. I never had a big pantry before. We did add cam lights in this and the things to plug in. Yeah. That's the kitchen. Another big upgrade of ours was the fireplace in the living room with cabinets. This house specifically, it comes with a fireplace and then. You can make that wood gas or electric. We decided to go with wood in the den and gas in the living room. Because we did this, the living room is actually smaller. So we could fit these in. Obviously you could put this stuff in on your own later on. We wanted it to all match. So that's why we did now. I'm so excited for a little fireplace. We don't have anything like this where I'm from, okay?
