If you're thinking about putting your 2 week notice in, I'm gonna come to your house, I'm gonna knock on your door, and I'm gonna slap the shit out of you. Do not do that. The last four jobs I put my 2 week notice in, they let me go that day or the day after. It's bullshit. They don't care about you. Don't give them the fucking courtesy that they're not gonna give you back. They never will. If you're truly ready to go, protect yourself. Get that last paycheck if you need it, and then fucking walk away. Don't say shit, block their number, who cares? If you need them as a reference, make your mom your reference, make your sister your reference, your grandma your reference. They're never gonna fucking check. You can say that's the fucking CEO and they'll probably believe it. They probably won't even call. It doesn't matter. Why on your fucking resume for God's sake. Point is, we live in a world where people do not respect you and you have to kind of fucking lie and fib to make it. Protect yourself, do what's right. And when you're ready, you're ready.
