Not too long ago, I announced a hat trick project to raise just over £1 million for the @nimsdai_foundation , which has been doing incredible work across our four charitable pillars.  Recently, we reached a major milestone with the opening of the new Porter House in Lobuche, providing much needed support for the region’s porters. Last August, we helped veterans overcome physical and psychological challenges through rehabilitative treks on Mount Kilimanjaro, and we’re proud to be returning with the programme this year. We also funded school scholarships for young children and produced and distributed more than 500 menstrual care bags, helping girls stay in education. Closer to home, our three local Trash Treks removed over 250kg of waste, with an ambitious Big Mountain Clean Up on Kilimanjaro planned for later this year. And when disaster struck in Nepal, including devastating floods and an earthquake, we were there to provide support. These projects represent just a snapshot of the impact the Nimsdai Foundation is making, something I am immensely proud of and only possible because of the incredible support we continue to receive.  I always say, when your purpose is bigger than yourself, you can always achieve the impossible. So here I am, and my impossible journey continues. The Hattrick Challenge was to climb the Seven Summits three times, and the 14 peaks three times. Now I have only two mountains left to complete the hat trick process: G2 and Cho Oyu.
