I dropped two real Excel files, my CRM and my invoicing app, into Claude. It read the whole workbook: every sheet, every formula, even the VBA behind the buttons. Then it rebuilt the real logic as a working web app, added a dashboard Excel never had, and connected it to a free cloud database. It even hit a snag mid-build, caught it, and fixed it in seconds.
