The role they're hiring for right now is a junior implementation specialist. Now I know this might sound a little intimidating, but I promise is not. In this role, you'll be helping new customers get set up on the platform, walking them through onboarding, answering questions, tracking their progress and working with different teams to make sure everything launches smoothly. They're mainly just looking for someone with strong communication skills, someone who's organized, pays attention to the details, learns new software quickly and enjoys helping customers succeed. They do prefer one to three years of experience and customer support onboarding or operations as well, but they don't require a call to degree. So, if you've had like a customer representative or a customer support type of job, you can definitely do this. You can find this role on the company's careers website of PEX.
