If you’re new here, hi, I’m Olivia 🤍 A year ago, I decided to start my own business. Before that, I spent years working nine to five jobs that drained me. Warehouse shifts, early alarms, living for the weekends and counting down to payday. Constantly exhausted, but knowing deep down I wanted something different for my future. I used to sit there thinking, there has to be another way. I’d watch people building businesses online and creating more flexibility in their lives, and I’d wonder how they got started. Not because I didn’t want it badly enough, but because I genuinely didn’t know where to begin. So instead of just watching, I decided to start learning. I stopped waiting until I felt more confident, more qualified or more ready. I started learning new skills around my normal life, without knowing exactly where they’d lead. That decision completely changed the direction of my life. Since then, the business I’ve built has gone on to generate over £450,000 in sales. I’ve bought two of my dream cars, moved into my first home, retired my mum from her job, taken my family on holidays we’d only ever dreamed about, and built a life that gives me far more freedom and flexibility than I ever imagined was possible. But the thing I’m most grateful for isn’t any of those things. It’s proving to myself that I was capable of so much more than I ever believed. If I could start as someone who was tired, unsure and completely new to all of this, then maybe you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin either.
