Apparently in New York City, this is one of the most popular summer iced coffees. This is what they do in New York apparently. It's coconut americano. And it's super easy. In a blender add a double shot of espresso, a couple pieces of ice. You can sweeten it in a couple different ways. I'm gonna use just a touch of some sweet cream. And then blend it on high until it's nice. And your cup add ice, some of that coconut water. And then that espresso. And that's one of New York's finest drinks. Cheers. Oh yeah, I definitely see why this is so popular. The taste is light, slightly sweet. And the coconut water somehow takes the whole espresso to a whole another level. It's me.
