Goof thing my grandma taught me this tricks. So I click the clip, then speed. Click curve, then custom. Follow this alignment of beats. Leave three beats first. Beat is speed 10. 0.1 and the second beat. Point arrow closer to the third beat. And don't forget to click better quality. Then adjust the beat and duplicate it. Click the duplicate clip and reverse it. Then add two keyframes. The first keyframe is no changes. And the second keyframe is zoom in. For the second clip do the opposite. First key frame is zoom in. And the second keyframe is the original position. Then add graph cubic out for the both clips. Then duplicate both clips and put it next to clips. And then this is the result.
