My favorite time of day in the South of France is dinner time. I'm going to take you to one of my most dreamed about meals. Come on, let's go. We're taking the long way through the streets of Old Town Nice. It's so stunning. I absolutely love this time of night when all the restaurants pop off. It's so fun. Everyone's just talking, hanging, drinking, dancing, like it's such a vibe. This is amazing. I'm not gonna lie, I'm still 95 degrees. I ordered the house rosé. Cheers. I didn't order pizza, but you have to see the pizza that they are bringing out for everyone. It's insane. That is something special. This chili oil. I think about it at least three times a week. Best in the world.
