You guys know I love my tretinoin gel, but I found another version called Altreno which is tretinoin 0.05% lotion. It is a more acne safe formula unlike the tretinoin cream (no isopropyl myristate) and it’s super moisturizing to help prevent excessive dryness & peeling !!
