The low lift things I did last night to start back to school prep so it doesn't all pile up at once
(from a mom who's learned this lesson the hard way)
1. Print
school schedules & supply lists
2. Add
important school dates, appointments and reminders to your digital calendar
3. Go through
school supplies you already have
4. Take inventory
of what you still need to buy.
5. Create a folder
for each child to keep school paperwork organized all year
6. Fill out
any forms now and gather anything you'll need from the pediatrician

Anyone else slowly starting back-to-school prep? 🙋🏼♀️ I’ve learned that doing a few low lift tasks each week is so much less overwhelming than trying to tackle everything the week before school starts. Also… maybe this is my millennial showing, but I still love having certain things on paper. 😂 I absolutely live by my digital calendar, but I also want the school schedule printed and hanging in my pantry where everyone can see it. Same with school supply lists…I like having a physical copy while I’m shopping so I can cross things off as I go. It’s the best of both worlds: digital for planning, paper for real life. What about you…are you team digital, team paper, or a little bit of both?
