part 2 for things that I recommend when you've decided that you already love diamond painting and you're looking to add a few more tools to your toolkit. These are things that I use to make my diamond painting process easier, smoother, more enjoyable for me. First thing is a new storage system. Working out of the little baggies is frustrating, especially when you have static involved. Getting the diamonds out of those baggies and then back into the baggies can sometimes be frustrating. So I recommend a new storage system. I started with a small one like this. It was like $1.99 at Hobby Lobby. And they kind of just open and close. This is what I used for a year or two. And I would recommend these especially for smaller projects. I still use these. I have three kitted up right now for some mini projects. But if you're looking to get into bigger diamond paintings that have a lot of colors, a lot of drills, you're going to need something bigger. These don't hold very much and they tend to overflow. I recommend storage that are tray. I have tried Forever Young and the Red-2 brand. So like these. These are the Forever Young. They double as storage. But when you're ready to diamond paint, they are trays. So you can just work right out of here. Super convenient. These hold quite a bit. And then I have a 45. And then I just bought the rack that holds 60. So I just need to order like a 15 pack to fill these in. So now I will have a 60 set and a 45 set. So I can kit up two different large whips. So I can kit up two different large whips. Together if I have one painting that is like 100 colors. I have 105 right here. So that's the first thing I recommend because that's going to make your life a lot easier, especially when you work out of these trays and you don't have to dump into a tray and then dump back into a baggie or container. The second thing I recommend is some putty. The waxes fine, but you have to refill it often. Putty is going to last you a lot longer, especially if you're multi-placing. The one that I found that works best for me is the Forever Young pink putty. I've also tried Patsy putty on Etsy and the butterfly effect wears. Um, putty on Etsy. And they all kind of work about the same for me. If you only single place and you don't need putty, I recommend glue dots. These are the Zots brand. So these are tiny little glue dots. I should have posted the video of me refilling my single tip pen. So that's how I use those. The second thing I recommend is some putty. The waxes fine, but you have to refill it often.
