rating everything I ate at Mangwon Market 🇰🇷 Welcome to Mangwon e-market Welcome Welcome to Mangwon e-market a tourist trap so this time I went to the Mangwon market and immediately when I walked in I could already tell less crowded and the first thing I noticed that everyone are these boneless fried chicken Fruits Sweet Sauce Chicken I had to try them they looked so good but honestly it was not as crispy as I expected but the flavor was definitely up there especially this jalapeno cilantro one but they came with these chewy rice cakes so I would give it like a seven out of ten next I tried the viral stuffed green peppers that I have been seeing all over those like so I really wanted to try them for the longest time but honestly they were not it for me like they were so freaking hot and I felt like it just did not have that much flavor so I would give it like as I kept walking around as I kept walking around I realized that this market is not just for street food there were so many stalls all selling homemade banchan fresh produce all different types of ingredients a neighborhood market actually shop MENU hot dog/ 핫도그 Original 오리지널 핫도그 ₩3,500 Cheese 치즈 핫도그 ₩4,000 Cheddar Cheese 체다치즈 핫도그 ₩4,000 Potato 포테이토 핫도그 ₩4,000 Cheese potato 치즈 포테이토 핫도그 ₩5,000 croquette/ 크로켓 Vegetable 야채 크로켓 ₩2,500 Japchae 잡채 크로켓 ₩3,000 Red Bean 단팥 크로켓 ₩2,500 Custard Cream 커스터드 크로켓 ₩3,000 Sweet Potato 고구마 크로켓 ₩2,500 Korean corn dog next I got a Korean corn dog because I wanted to see how it was compared to an American corn dog it has that cheese and sausage in the middle and those are crispy potato pieces on the outside and compared to an American corn dog 9 out of 10 but the main reason I came here was for the tteokbokki I have been craving authentic Korean street tteokbokki for the longest time and it absolutely did not disappoint the rice cakes were perfectly chewy the sauce was rich and just the right amount of spiciness and I love that you can just grab however many fish cakes you want eat them first with and just tell them how many you had and you just pay for it both of these were a 10 out of ten
