They're trying to build things that are six months ahead of time at anthropic because in AI year six months is like six years. And he sees that the regular UI of a SAS app can be rendered absolute really quickly, but terminal will stay. I love how they're choosing the OG way of how people are communicating with the computer as the interface for AI. I do find myself using the terminal way more than VS code now.
