Anthropic banned a whole Company's Claude accounts

Anthropic just banned a whole company, 100 people's Claude accounts without any warning. So this guy working for an agricultural tech company is complaining on Reddit and they tried to reach out to Anthropic and nobody was answering. What's worse is the API is still working and it's still costing money, but they can't see the API usage because their email accounts are banned. They're banning the entire organization based on only one person's behavior. This could be an untrained intern affecting the whole company. And two is they don't tell you what line you crossed. They're an agricultural company, so they could be talking about fertilizer, they could be talking about GPS satellite, like they don't know what line they crossed, so there's no way they could have avoided it. What's even crazier is this is not even the first time it's happening. Anthropic has nuked other companies without any warning and without explaining why before as well. So as much as I love Claude code, I'm kind of forced to diversify just in case this happens to me one day. So I'm using Codex, Kimi code.
