I don't play around when it comes to my money. So here are the things I invest in that allowed me to retire my mom and purchase an investment property at 28 years old. First is going to be ETFs that track an index. It's what I call the safety route, in the sense that when I get paid, a certain percentage comes out of my paycheck every single month, goes into my investment portfolio and gets invested into the stock market. This is done automatically on repeat every single month, and essentially what I'm relying on here is something called compound interest and this is not short-term investing. This is for the long-term. So I won't even touch it until like 20, 30 plus years down the road. Number two is going to be hired help. What you have to realize is you need to take things off your plate. If you want to make more money, you have to give yourself your time back, which means paying for things that other people can do and probably do a lot better than you. So I have meal delivery, I use Cook Unity. I also have cleaners, they come every two weeks. I do clean my apartment myself, but they handle the majority of like the deep cleaning and things like that. I have an assistant, she handles all of my business related things and emails and all that kinds of things. She runs stopping the curve social media. I also have a video editor. I hire a lot of help. Anything that can be outsourced that I don't personally need to do, I outsource it because I'm giving myself time back. Number three, I invest in myself and my progression. So this is ongoing education. I'm constantly attending conferences, and let me know if you want a video on the conferences that you should attend. But I'm constantly attending conferences. I hire coaches all the time to help me do things because I don't believe in spending years figuring out myself. I hire someone who has done the thing and I do my research before I do that. But it's what has helped me go from slow growth to just exponential growth. And then number four, I invest in myself personally. So this looks like going shopping, going on vacation or traveling, spending on myself, because if I am tired, if I am burnt out, if I don't feel like working, if I can't do the things that I need to do because I am not filling my cup, I'm not pouring into myself, then I will not be able to perform. I will not be able to achieve. So I have to pour back into myself and do things that I like to do. Number five is alternative investments. This is like my real estate, other accredited investor opportunities and things that's going to really, really multiply my money. And then finally number six is investing in my business. So this looks like taking different business opportunities, taking different speaking opportunities, things along those lines where I'm focused on the return on the investment down the line, rather than the immediate return right out of the gate right now. So these are the things that I invest in. Let me know if you have any questions down below.
