If you guys do have drivers, make sure you take care of your drivers, um, because they are the backbone of your company. All my drivers get hired, start out at 20% after three months with the company, they get moved up to 21%. And after six months, the company, they go up to 22%. And after a year, they go up to 23%. On top of that, I do bonuses over $6,000, extra hundred dollar bonus. After $7,000, $200 dollar bonus. And after $8,000, you get a bonus. One thing you got to do is take care of them, pay them well because drivers are the backbone of your company.
