This guy won the Anthropic hackathon, then gave his entire AI coding setup away for free. 183 agent skills. 48 sub-agents. 79 ready-made commands. Ten months of building, dropped under an MIT license. Take it, use it, sell with it, no permission needed. It's called ECC, Everything Claude Code, and it runs on Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, basically whatever you already use. But here's the part nobody saw coming. He won 15 grand in API credits. Not cash. Credits. So instead of pocketing money, he made his free stack run on Anthropic's API. Now every founder downloading his setup is paying Anthropic to use it. He turned a giveaway into a funnel for the company that paid him. One catch though. 183 skills won't save you if you dump all of them into context at once. They start fighting for the model's attention and your agent gets dumber. The real skill isn't hoarding 183. It's knowing which 3 to hand each job. Give away the work, keep the leverage. That's the move most people are too scared to make. Follow if you'd rather build the funnel than fall for one.
