👶 An en caul birth… in miniature. ✨ About 1 in 80,000 babies is born still inside the intact amniotic sac — it’s called an en caul birth, or a “veiled” birth. Old folklore said these babies were destined for good luck. I wanted to recreate that rare moment in 1:6 scale. Watch as the sac is opened and baby doll gets suctioned, swaddled, and tucked into the bassinet in my miniature birthing suite. Every tiny detail — the biohazard bin, the anatomy charts, the folded receiving blankets, the little Similac can — hand-styled to look like the real thing. 🍼 Have you ever heard of an en caul birth?
