my fave AYBL gym shorts. I've actually worn AYBL for the last five years and these are all my favorite shorts. The Enhance Seamless 3.5 inch shorts in a bright yellow. The Empower Seamless shorts in red wine. The Engage shorts in black, and they're so comfortable and they've got no bum scrunch. The Staple shorts in powder blue. The Adapt Seamless 4.5 inch shorts in Salsa Red. So good. Especially shout out to the Adapt 4.5 inch shorts in lime green.
