I'm going to be answering some of my most frequently asked questions regarding my fully greyscale room! "Are your videos edited?" So my videos are color graded, but they are not edited with a black and white filter. I edit all of my videos within the TikTok app and I go in and adjust the white balance on all of them so that way the videos look more how they do in real life. But this is what it would look like without any of the color grading. "Does living in a house with no color make you sad/depressed?" I think that different things make different people sad, happy, or depressed, and the lack of color and it being truly greyscale is truly what makes me happy and I experience significantly more sadness before I was able to decorate the way I wanted to. I know that a lot of people think that bright colors and not seeing other colors doesn't ever damage your eyes or your brain, but also in case anyone was worried about me never seeing color, I leave the house every single day. I see the outside world all the time and I encounter color many, many times throughout my day. "Do you own anything with color?" Yes, of course. I have to purchase all kinds of necessities and home cleaning things, soap, lotions, makeup, anything to clean my house and they don't come in the colors I want them in, so I keep them stored away when I'm not using them. I don't like color on display, so I'm always keeping them in drawers and cabinets. But if I have to own something that has color, I'm still going to own it. I'm just never going to display it. "Does your house get hot?" The outside of my house is not black. It's just the normal tan to brown color that a lot of Arizona houses are. The interior of my house being primarily black does not affect the heat at all because there's no heat source that the black is able to soak up heat from.
